We want you to love your shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, non-sale shoes within 30 days of the delivery date. Shoes must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How It Works
1. Initiate Your Return: contact our customer service at help@elaleather.com to start the process.
2. Free Return Shipping: We’ll provide a prepaid return label – no extra cost to you.
3. Full Refund or Exchange: Choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or style.
Exclusions
· Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
· Worn or damaged shoes may not qualify for a full refund.
